What we deliver

One team.
Everything around the event.

The infrastructure behind a successful event doesn’t always get noticed. That’s exactly how it should be.

Rows of shell scheme booths built out along an exhibition aisle

Shell Scheme

Consistent across the floor. Ready when the doors open.

Complete shell scheme packages for organisers, including walls, fascia, lighting, power and the finishing details that keep the show floor looking professional.

03

Why Envision

The difference is in how we work.

01

Structured

Good events start with a good plan.

We work from accurate drawings, clear schedules and agreed specifications so everyone knows what is happening, when it is happening and who is responsible.

02

Reliable

The show opens when it opens.

Deadlines don’t move. Our planning doesn’t either. We work to the venue schedule, aim to complete ahead of handover and stay close until everything is ready.

03

Experienced

We understand the reality of the show floor.

Access times, venue rules, loading bays, contractors, working hours and last-minute changes are all part of the job.

04

Collaborative

You won’t be passed from one person to another.

You have a clear point of contact who understands the project and can coordinate with your team, the venue and other contractors.

05

Considered

The details matter.

Lighting, materials, finishes, cable management, furniture and the way people move through the space all make a difference.

04

The client journey

From the first drawing to the final breakdown.

  1. Designer working through stand drawings at a studio desk

    Planning

Before anything is built, we know what needs to happen.

We work through the drawings, timings, access, materials and technical requirements so the build has a clear plan before it reaches the hall.

  2. Crew assembling truss and stand structure during build-up

    Installation

    The plan becomes the build.

Our team arrives prepared, builds to the agreed drawings and checks the details as the space takes shape.

  3. Finished stand reception counter ready before the doors open

    Handover

The doors open. Everything is ready.

Power is tested. Lighting is working. Graphics are in place. Furniture is positioned. The space is ready for your team and your visitors.

  4. Visitors talking and looking at displays on a busy stand

    The Show

Now the event can do what it is there to do.

People arrive, conversations happen and the environment works quietly in the background.

  5. Guests with drinks at a stand in warm evening light

    Show Support

We’re still there when you need us.

Events don’t always go exactly to plan. Our team remains available to deal with the practical things that need attention.

  6. Crew wheeling flight cases out of an emptying hall

    Breakdown

And when it’s over, we take it from there.

We dismantle, remove, load and clear the space efficiently, leaving the venue ready for whatever comes next.

05

Craftsmanship

Details matter.

Material samples laid out on a studio material library rail beside working drawings

The difference between a good build and a great one is often in the details nobody notices. Materials, finishes, lighting, joins, edges and cable management are considered before anything goes into production.

The material library

  • Brushed Aluminium
  • Powder Coated Steel
  • Frosted Acrylic
  • Concrete
  • Timber
  • Fabric
  • Glass
  • Lighting

Details that decide the finish

  • Brushed aluminium frame corner Brushed Aluminium Clean structural lines with a precise architectural finish.
  • Illuminated brand wall panel Illuminated Brand Wall Lighting designed into the architecture rather than added as an afterthought.
  • Concealed light line washing a stand edge Concealed Lighting Subtle illumination that gives the structure depth without overpowering it.
  • Bolted aluminium truss junction Structural Connections The engineering behind the build should be as considered as what the visitor sees.
  • Textured navy panel edge Panel Finishes Texture, colour and edge details selected to work with the wider environment.
  • Gloved hand fitting a panel into its frame Hand Finishing The final details are checked by people who care about how the finished build looks.
  • Timber slat wall with integrated downlights Timber & Light Natural materials combined with considered lighting to create warmth.
  • Cable run concealed beneath a raised floor edge Cable Management Because good infrastructure should work without looking like infrastructure.
06

Behind the build

From the first panel
to the final case.

We don’t disappear once the build is finished. Our team manages the installation, supports the show and oversees the breakdown.

  • Load In The floor is marked. Access is confirmed. The build begins. Transport, equipment, materials and the floor plan are organised before the first panel goes in.
  • Build Structure first. Details second. Panels, electrics, lighting, graphics, furniture and finishes are installed and checked against the agreed drawings.
  • Show Support When something needs attention, we’re there. Our team remains available throughout the event for the practical issues that inevitably arise.
  • Breakdown The event finishes. We take care of the rest. Everything is dismantled, loaded and removed efficiently, with the space handed back clean and ready.
07

About

We build the spaces
where events happen.

Envision Exhibitions is an event infrastructure specialist delivering exhibition, conference and live-event environments across the UK and internationally.

We combine practical experience with thoughtful design to deliver everything from modular systems and shell scheme to bespoke builds, staging, electrical services and complete show floor environments.

We’re not interested in making things complicated. We believe in clear communication, good planning and doing what we say we’re going to do.

What we believe

  • Plan properly. Because most problems are easier to solve before they reach the exhibition hall.
  • Build well. Because the quality of the finished environment reflects on everyone involved.
  • Communicate clearly. Because nobody has time to chase suppliers during an event.
  • Take responsibility. Because there should always be someone who owns the problem.
  • Leave it better. Because the job isn’t finished until the space has been handed back properly.
